I heard Sheehan on KGO (San Francisco, Sept. 4, 2005) and she said that
the Army Corps of Engineers could have fixed the levees in New Orleans
but they couldn't since most of them were in Iraq.
However, they wanted to fix the levees back in 1998 also.

I hope this is the LAST time I ever hear her name...
